Happy early Thanksgiving!!!!!  If you're looking for a quick, cute craft that incorporates thankfulness, check out this Thanksgiving centerpiece we printed out and made yesterday.  It works best if you have cardstock to print it out on.  If not, you could mount them on thin cardboard from a cereal box or something like that!
